1. Introduction and Acceptance
ft99 is an online betting and casino gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ft99 and its users.
By accessing the ft99 platform, registering, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.
Important: These Terms may change from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published means you have accepted the new Terms.
To use ft99's services, you must be located in Bangladesh and have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account at ft99, you must provide accurate and complete information. The following details are required:
- Full legal name (as per National ID card)
- Valid mobile number and email address
- Date of birth (must be 21 years of age or older)
- Current address
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual may only open one ft99 account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
2.4 Information Verification
ft99 reserves the right to verify the information you have provided at any time. You may be asked to submit a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued document for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
3. Age Verification and Eligibility
ft99's services are available to individuals aged 21 and over only. Protecting minors from gambling is one of our highest priorities.
Warning: If a minor registers, the account will be closed immediately, all deposited funds will be returned, and no winnings will be paid out.
The following individuals may not open an account at ft99:
- Any person under 21 years of age
- ft99 employees, directors, or their close relatives
- Owners of accounts previously closed by ft99
- Those who have activated a voluntary break
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following methods can be used to deposit funds at ft99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method). There is no maximum deposit limit, however additional verification may be required for large deposits.
Only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account closure.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
Conditions applicable to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 1 hour
- Withdrawals can only be made to the original deposit method
- Withdrawals may be restricted if bonus wagering has not been completed
ft99 reserves the right to decline or hold withdrawals to comply with fraud prevention or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
4.3 Currency
All transactions at ft99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). There is no option to transact in any other currency.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at ft99 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000.
Wagering requirement: To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 20 times (20x). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳20,000 before making a withdrawal.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are applicable once only — per account, per household, and per device
- Once a promotion expires, the bonus will be cancelled automatically
- Not all games may contribute equally when wagering with a bonus balance
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated
- ft99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If evidence of bonus abuse is found — such as multiple accounts, risk-free betting strategies, or arbitrage — ft99 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and close the account.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Validity
A bet will only be considered valid once confirmed by the ft99 system. Bets that are not confirmed due to network issues or technical errors will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or market and are displayed in the game interface. ft99 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
6.3 Event Cancellation and Suspension
In cricket, football, or other sports betting, if an event is cancelled or the venue is changed, bets may be voided and stakes will be returned. Special rules apply for in-play bets.
6.4 Technical Errors
ft99 reserves the right to cancel transactions carried out on the basis of results, odds, or payouts that were displayed incorrectly due to software or hardware errors.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited at ft99:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Fraud, deception, or system manipulation
- Money laundering or depositing illegal funds
- Playing using bots or automated software
- Adopting coordinated betting strategies for the purpose of bonus abuse
- Participating in or facilitating match-fixing
- Inappropriate conduct toward ft99 staff
- Attempting to collect other users' personal information
Consequences: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.
8. Limitation of Liability
ft99 will not be liable for any loss caused by technical errors, system outages, internet connectivity issues, or failure of third-party services.
We do not accept liability in the following cases:
- Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or provision of incorrect information
- Loss caused by unauthorized third-party access to the platform
- Service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions
- Failure or delay by a third-party payment provider
In any circumstance, ft99's total liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the most recent 30 days.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
ft99 is committed to protecting your personal information. We keep your data secure using SSL encryption technology.
Your information will be used only for the following purposes:

10. Account Closure and Suspension
10.1 Closure by ft99
ft99 may immediately close or suspend any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- Evidence of fraud or deception
- Provision of false information
- Evidence of being a minor
- Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
10.2 Closure by the User
You may permanently close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance will be returned subject to all wagering requirements being met before the account is closed.
10.3 Voluntary Break

11. Dispute Resolution

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with the terms, please close your account.
